Placing an Order
We highly recommend that you order your products at least 7 business days your scheduled appointments to allow time for the chosen carrier to complete the pickup and delivery of your product before you need it.
Orders received before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday - Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. This means that if you place an order after 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time on a Friday, it will ship the following Monday. We like to give our dedicated staff the weekends and holidays off, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Twisted Fringe uses FedEx as our shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee the performance of this carrier and, as a result, are not held liable for lost, late or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please email info@twistedfingehair.com and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim, if possible, with the respective carrier.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We can accept returns when the following conditions are met:
- Product was purchased from Twisted Fringe and is unused within the last 30 days
- Hair must be new and in a condition that can be resold
- Original packaging and product components are intact and complete
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Returning items is as easy as 1, 2, 3! See the following steps to return your item(s) with Twisted Fringe.
- Start the return process.
- Send your name, email and order number to info@twistedfringehair.com. Let us know what item(s) you’d like to return in the email and which of the following options you’d like in exchange:
- Receive a refund to your original payment with at 15% restocking fee
- Receive in-store credit to avoid the restocking fee
- Exchange for a different item
- Shipping costs are non refundable
Once you’ve sent us an email, expect to receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of the return request within 5-7 business days.
- Return the product(s).
Once your return is accepted, you can return the package using either:
- A printable, prepaid ($7.95) return label (fee will be deducted from your return credit).
- A carrier of your choice (please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase) if returning with your own label.
- If you choose a label on your own please retain the tracking information.
